Effective Spiritual Practices™
We use energy work when it is time to reclaim our life and it becomes necessary to come back to our senses. As such, our energy is what is needed as a catalyst to initiate basic healing.
Long-term stress can wreak havoc on the nervous system, our body, and our spirit. Stress cuts us off from vital subtle personal energies needed to stay connected to ourselves and our environments, which lead to a high level of anxiety, which can snowball and put us right out of commission.
Unbalanced energy affects our emotions and feelings to the point that our energy leaks everywhere. Therefore, we feel exhausted, depressed, confused, angry, bitter, and empty. Tattered we soak up pain, sorrow and trauma like a sponge.
Effective Spiritual Practices™ help us reconnect, remember, and reclaim the positive energy in our body.
When we are tapped into the wisdom of our energy, we can also become aware of others energy. Once we are in balance with our energy, our emotions, and our feelings, the wisdom of the body becomes fierce and resourceful.
As we heal our energy, we generously love again, we trust our own life, and we live it with the respect and the courage it deserves.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a deliberate practice to help us to focus, become aware, and of course be mindful more often to know what we are up to in the moment. It helps us understand the power and effects of our thoughts, our emotions, and our actions.
As we become more open, curious, and aware, this practice guides us to be more deliberate with our perceptions and our intentions.
This is a profound dynamic act of inner growth and higher-level of self-responsibility and independence.
Meditation
Meditation trains the mind to focus on what is important with deliberate practices to take full responsibility of our state of mind and being. It nourishes the nervous body, calms the mind, and initiates a profound sense of peace to your whole being.
The practices can instill and inspire an overall feeling of rest and relaxation which clears the way to change our mental and physical attitude with gratitude.
